The distribution for the December 2011 quarter has been paid at the new higher rate as outlined in the letter to investors dated 13 December 2011.

APGF’s asset management team have secured new lease terms with all tenants and will look to market the property for sale in the second quarter of 2012.

The next update will be provided in the December 2011 Investors’ Report due to be mailed in April 2012.

APGF Management Limited's asset management team has been working closely with the managing agent and tenants to secure long term lease renewals in order to place the property in the best possible position for sale. It is likely the property will be marketed for sale in the second quarter of 2012.
