
Tomago Project
This industrial park is strategically located in the heart if Newcastle’s industrial precinct, just north of the Hunter River, bounded by the Pacific Highway and 7 kilometres from the F3 Freeway. The 20.7 hectare site has been developed in two stages – Stage One comprising 33 lots and Stage Two comprising 18 lots.

- Expected return to investors: $0.34 (excludes $0.35 return of capital previously paid to investors)
- The estimated return to investors has been calculated based on Net Realisable Value assumptions that the project will take two years to complete and sell.
- The estimated values have not been discounted for the time value of money. The amount ultimately realised by investors will be dependent upon a number of factors including economic conditions, timing of sales, achieved lot sales prices and actual future development costs.
- The Project estimate also includes the assumption that the current financier will continue to offer similar financing terms.
