The project is a 57.3 hectare industrial land development at Steel River, NSW. The development, near Newcastle, occupies a strategic position bounded by the Hunter River, the Pacific Highway and key road and rail links.

Latest Updates:
Investor updates are now provided by letter. The latest letter, dated 31 August 2011, outlined the sales achieved over the past half year together with the Manager's intention to work with Mirvac and finalise the sale of all remaining lots in order to achieve completion of the Project as soon as practicable.
