An Extraordinary General Meeting for Domaine Prestons Pty Limited ACN 108 578 383 was held on Thursday, 4 March 2010 to:
- Consider, and if thought fit, pass the following resolution as a special resolution: "That the company be wound up voluntarily"
- Consider, and if thought fit, pass the following resolution as an ordinary resolution: “That Adam Shepard be appointed as Liquidator of the company.”
Both resolutions were passed and it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily and Adam Shepard of Setter Shepard to act as Liquidator for the company.
