Complaints Policy
The Complaints Handling Charter sets out an overview of the Internal Dispute Resolution Programme (IDR Programme) for the Australian Property Growth Fund and its wholly owned subsidiaries including:

The Companies are required to mantain an IDR Programme as a condition of their respective Australian Financial Service Licences. This document outlines the procedure by which each Company will resolve Complaints internally.
