APGF (NSX) is a stapled property fund comprising a property trust, Australian Property Growth Trust, which invests in long-term passive property investments, and a property funds management and development company, Australian Property Growth Limited. The Fund is listed on the National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX).
The Fund has a significant recurring income stream from its property funds management business. APGF has assets under management of approximately $1.6 billion, 50 properties and 10,000 investors.
APGF directly owns and manages a well diversified portfolio of property assets Australia-wide. The portfolio includes a number of blue-chip assets, including the flagship Blue Tower commercial office building in the Brisbane CBD and the Pavilions on 5th retail and residential development at Palm Beach on the Gold Coast.
