Australian Property Growth Fund's $1.6 billion worth of assets under management span the commercial office, residential, retail and industrial property sectors. The Fund benefits diversification across a range of property sectors and geographies, with properties across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra, Gold Coast, Newcastle and Cairns.
APGF's flagship property is Blue Tower, the $250 million iconic commercial office building in the Brisbane CBD's "Golden Triangle." The 32,000 square metre commercial office building, held by Australian Property Growth Trust, has recently undergone a major services upgrade to ensure the building maintains its strong position in the marketplace. The Westpac Concord Campus in Concord West, Sydney and the Royal Bank Chambers building in the heart of Melbourne's CBD are also key assets held by APGF.
APGF's property funds management and development company, Australian Property Growth Limited (APGL), has a number of quality property developments and properties under management with one development project in Queensland and two in New South Wales. On Queensland's Gold Coast, Pavilions on 5th at Palm Beach is an innovative $125 million mixed use retail and residential development, with 194 apartments and 5,200 square metres of retail and commercial space. June 2007 saw APGF invest in two quality land subdivision property development projects at Ulladulla on the south coast of NSW, near Batemans Bay.
The Fund's property funds management business has approximately 60 properties under management with a total value of approximately $1.2 billion, acquired from property funds management businesses Austgrowth in 2007, Domaine Property Funds Limited in 2009 and Property Funds Australia in 2010.
