Distributions

Distributions to owners of the stapled securities are paid quarterly. Registration of ownership must be completed prior to the books closing (record) date - the last business day of the month at the end of each calendar quarter - to ensure entitlement to the distribution. APGF's policy is that distributions per stapled security (DPS) are based on underlying operating earnings per stapled security (EPS).

For details of the Fund’s current quarterly proposed distribution refer to NSX Announcements.

For tax purposes distribution payments are forecast to be non-taxable as they are fully tax deferred. The quarterly distribution policy is subject to review and may be changed for any reason and without notice.
